Project Monitoring

Through a Project Monitoring role Route One’s principal aims are to protect clients’ interests, undertake regular site inspections to monitor quality of work and record progress. When acting on behalf of either tenants or landlords for matters such as licence for alteration, we liaise closely with our client’s legal team ensuring works are completed as documented and all sign-off is in place at project close.
