Since Route One set up back in 2007 there have clearly been many technological advances which help with Route One and the successful delivery of our consultancy services.
Drone Surveys
Route One has a dedicated drone specialist who at short notice can arrange for detailed investigation and property surveys to external elevations and roofs. These can in all cases offer a more competitive and more accurate inspection of areas of buildings which used to rely on more expensive cherry picker or scaffold/tower erection.
Matterport
Route One is being asked to complete detailed photographic/visual walkthroughs of a number of clients’ portfolios so that remote meetings can be managed with an almost real-time review of the properties forming part of those discussions.
Laser Surveys / 3D Visualisation
Route One relies on current laser-scanning technology to assist clients in accurate measured surveys of space including elevation visuals (perfect referencing when employing drone imagery).
